Munitevi di una rondella taglia pasta o di un coltello affilato, una teglia da forno ed un pennello.

Preriscaldate il forno a 220 °C.
Tagliate a cubetti la mozzarella e lasciatela scolare all’interno di un colino.
Preparate la salsa al pomodoro mescolando la passata di pomodoro, l’olio, il sale e l’origano.
Tagliate la pasta sfoglia in quadrati cdi circa 5 cm x 5 cm, utilizzando rotella taglia pasta.
Adagiate i quadratini di pasta sfoglia all’interno di una placca da forno foderata con carta da forno.
Spennellate i quadratini con il tuorlo dell’uovo. Suggerimento GnamAm: Penserete e con l’albume cosa ci facciamo? Potrete utilizzarlo per creare delle golosissime lingue di gatto 😉.
Ponete un cucchiaino di salsa al pomodoro al centro di ogni quadratino e aggiungete un paio di cubetti di mozzarella.
Infornate a 200 °C statico per circa 12-15 minuti. La superficie delle pizzette deve assumere un bel colore dorato.

Method
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and let it dry by draining the liquid into a colander. Prepare the tomato sauce by mixing the tomato puree, oil, salt and oregano.
