Immettete la panna all’interno di un recipiente. Attenzione: la panna deve essere fredda al tatto e la temperatura ottimale oscillare tra i 7°C e i 13 °C. Conservare la panna nel frigo di casa andrà benissimo.
Azionate la frusta elettrica e continuate fino a quando non noterete che la parte grassa si separara dalla parte liquida (il latticello).
Separate il burro formato e ponetelo in una ciotola.
Lavorate il burro con una forchetta esercitando una leggera pressione per far fuoriuscire del tutto il latticello. Alla fine appoggiatelo su un telo sottile o un fazzoletto e strizzate.

Nota: il burro fatto in casa non si può conservare a lungo a causa dell’alta percentuale di acqua. Vi consigliamo di utilizzarlo subito, altrimenti conservartelo 24-48 ore in freezer assicurandovi che la temperatura sia adeguata in base al modello specifico. Vi diamo un idea: preparate una buona crostata!!!
Method
Put the cream inside a container. Be careful: the cream must be about 10°C cold. Activate the electric whisk and continue until the fat part separates from the liquid part (the buttermilk). Take the butter and place it in a bowl. Press the butter with a fork to make the buttermilk come out completely, squeeze it into a thin handkerchief.
Note: the homemade butter does not have a long shelf life in the fridge due to high percentage of water. You can keep it a 24-48 hrs in the freezer altough the ideal would be to use it immediately. Consider that you can prepare a tasty tart!!!
