Le mele cotte al forno sono un dolce da fine pasto ma vanno benissimo per una merenda deliziosa ed estremamente semplice da preparare. Delicata al palato e calda da scaldare cuore.
La versione GnamAm è preparata con il vino rosso che, in combinazione con lo zucchero ed il calore del forno, si trasforma in un delizioso sciroppo. Anche i bambini la potranno gustare, in quanto l’alcool ha tutto il tempo di evaporare ad alte temperature.

Preriscaldate il forno a 220 °C & lavate le mele.
Adagiate le mele all’interno di una pirofila da forno e disponete uniformemente le stecche di cannella tra le mele.
Irrorate le mele con il succo di limone ed il vino rosso.
Cospargete ogni mela con lo zucchero di canna.
Infornate a 200°C statico per almeno 30 minuti.
Le mele vanno gustate ancora calde accompagnate dallo sciroppo di vino prodotto in cottura.
